Low-volume CNC machining is where a lot of OEM mid-size programs end up: too many parts for a hand-cut prototype, too few to justify hard tooling. We run programs in the 50–5,000 piece band routinely, with material certs, in-process inspection, and dimensional sampling per the customer's plan.
Repeat business is most of this work. Once a part is programmed, fixtured, and inspected once, the second order is faster, cheaper, and goes on the schedule with less back-and-forth. We keep tooling and fixtures for active customers; storage is free.
Custom packaging and labelling (kraft labels, kit packs, individual bagging) is standard for repeat programs. Most ship via FedEx Freight, UPS, or customer pickup.
