Fabrication at Carpatians lives next door to the mills. Bracket weldments, structural frames, fixture bases, modified plate stock, and work that benefits from being done in the same building as the milled features rather than shipped out and back.
We handle MIG and TIG welding on carbon, stainless, and aluminum, plus saw cutting, drilling, tapping, and light forming. Heavier fabrication, large weldments, and finishing (powder coat, paint, plating) are handled through trusted Michigan partners. We coordinate the logistics so the customer isn't managing multiple vendors.
Fabrication jobs are quoted with the related machining as a single package whenever practical. One PO, one inspection report, one ship date.
