CNC Milling for Agricultural Equipment
Agriculture isn't a huge category for us, but it's a steady one. Replacement parts for legacy equipment, custom bracketry for implement modifications, and one-off jobs from farms and dealers across the Midwest. Most of this work is reverse engineering from a worn-out original; the OEM either no longer makes the part or charges more for a six-week wait than the customer wants to pay.

Why agriculture companies work with Carpatians
Reverse engineering is most of this work
Send the worn part. We measure, model, and remake, usually faster than the OEM lead time and at a comparable or better price.
Tough, field-deployable materials in stock
4140 carbon and stainless are routine; UHMW for wear pads and bushings is on the shelf. We'll talk material substitutions if the original alloy is no longer worth sourcing.
Single-piece minimums
Most ag jobs run 1 to 10 pieces. We don't push for production volumes you don't need.
